Cheap European Airlines are much easier to find with the advent and use
of the world wide web. We travel to Europe often and there is a
need for us to fly around Europe and use their airlines. The
European's have caught on with the budget and low cost airlines and
actually they have taken them a step further than our own.
A few of the better known Cheap European Airlines would include EasyJet
and RyanAir. These two are probably the best known outside of
Europe. These airlines do not offer many or any amenities when you
fly and they even want you to not be able to check any bags and you must
carry you luggage with you on board. Some of the other
larger European airlines like to think of themselves as cheap European
airlines, but, in reality they do not make the grade because their
pricing is much higher.
What is really funny about flying inter Europe is that you can usually
find a fare that is really, really good and cheap, but, then you find
out that the taxes and fees that are charged will be MORE than the
actual cost of the flights. The Europeans have so many taxes and
fees that it will surprise and upset a few rational and normal folks.
I have found tickets for $150 and then found the taxes and fees to be
$200 for a total of $350. We have taxes, fees and security
charges, but nothing like the European community. They lead the
way when it comes to shaking money out of a traveler's pocket.
So what is it like when you book EasyJet or RyanAir? They both
have modern and well maintained fleets of jets, either Boeing or AirBus.
They have very experienced and qualified pilots, crew and staff, but,
what they don't have is amenities. They usually try to fly to the
smaller and less used airports. They want to keep their operating
expenses down so they avoid the large major airports where landing fees
can be quite large. They also are quick on the ground and like to
be flying so they can recoup the cost of their planes and equipment.
You will find that the Cheap European Airlines will take you to every
country that the big legacy airlines will fly to, only cheaper.
Much cheaper. If you have ever priced the major European legacy
airlines prices, you will know that they are nuts. I always use an
Airline Consolidator company to find me the best inter European fares
when we travel over in Europe. Why? They seem to have better
fares for us on the major carriers like Air France, British Air and
others. Usually when I go to the major carriers websites and price
a trip for inter Europe it is higher than if I use a Airline
Consolidator company.
Rest assured that flying from one city in Europe to any other city in
the community is both quick and efficient. The Cheap European
airlines have great pilots and crews and remember not to expect much in
the way of service and amenities when you fly them. With the
online search platforms that are available to us all, it is now quite
easy to find and price the cheapest European airline tickets for any
flights to any cities in European and even beyond.
